鉴于网络联结与组织绩效关系的研究没有得出一致的结果,学者们从权变视角出发,在网络联结和组织绩效关系中引入了调节变量,以对两者的关系进行更深入的解释。在阐述网络联结内涵及测度的基础上,本文从权变因素的选择、理论模型的发展和实证研究的结果三方面对已有研究进行了分析和评价,并进一步讨论了权变视角下的网络联结与组织绩效关系的未来研究方向。
In view of the fact that there is no consistent result of the research on the relationship between network linkages and organizational performance, scholars have introduced regulatory variables in the relationship between network linkages and organizational performance from a contingency perspective to further explain the relationship between the two. On the basis of expounding the connotation and measurement of network connection, this paper analyzes and evaluates the existing research from three aspects: the selection of contingency factors, the development of theoretical models and the results of empirical research. Furthermore, the author discusses the network connection and The future research direction of organizational performance relation.
