目的:探究茅苍术种子醇溶性内源性抑制物的存在及活性。方法:采用不同浓度的茅苍术种子醇提液(0、0.1、0.2、0.4 g/m L)处理油菜种子,并测定油菜种子的发芽率、胚根长度和保护酶活性等。结果:茅苍术种子醇提液能显著抑制油菜种子萌发及胚根的生长,且随着浓度升高,抑制作用更明显,各处理组发芽率依次为90%、64%、35%、9%。并能够直接抑制过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,间接影响超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结论:茅苍术种子中含有内源性抑制物质,这可能是导致茅苍术出苗率不高,幼苗长势缓慢的原因之一。
Objective: To explore the existence and activity of alcohol-soluble endogenous inhibitors of Atractylodes macrocephala seed. Methods: Rape seeds were treated with alcohol extract (0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4 g / m L) from different concentrations of Atractylodes lancea seeds, and the germination rate, radicle length and activity of protective enzymes were determined. Results: The alcohol extract of Atractylodes lancea could significantly inhibit the germination and radicle growth of rapeseed. The inhibitory effect was more obvious with the increase of concentration, the germination rate was 90%, 64%, 35%, 9% . And can directly inhibit the activity of catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD), indirectly affecting the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD). Conclusion: The seeds of Atractylodes lancea contain endogenous inhibitory substances, which may be one of the reasons leading to the low emergence rate of Atractylodes lancea and seedlings growing slowly.
