市场上,超过保质期的食品,往往陈腐变味,轻则毫无营养,重则引起中毒。为保护消费利益,最近,国家有关部门对食品的保质期,又有新的规定,其中九类食品的保质期,是这样规定的。一、酒类:瓶装普通熟啤酒保质期为2个月,特制啤酒为4个月;瓶装葡萄酒和果露酒为6个月;汽酒为4个月;露酒为6个月;瓶装黄酒为3个月。二、油醋类:酱油、食醋的保质期均为6个月。三、汁水类:玻璃瓶装果汁、果味汽水和可乐汽水为3个月,罐装为6个月;果汁玻璃瓶装为6个月。四、罐筒类:鱼、肉、禽罐装、玻璃瓶为2年;铁罐装果蔬罐头及玻璃瓶装为15个月。五、干酱类:油炸干果、番茄酱铁罐及玻璃瓶装为15个月。

Fifth, dry sauce categories: fried dried fruit, tomato sauce cans and glass bottles for 15 months.
