竹鞭是楠竹(PhyIIostachysPubescens MqzeL ex H.de Lehaie)养分贮存、输导和无性繁殖的主要器官,它对竹林的生长发育,林分演替以及生物产量等方面,都具有重要意义。早在五十年代末期,日本学者上田弘一郎就完成了鞭系扩展状况的研究,我国从五十年代开始,就对鞭系结构和生物特性进行研究,已取得一定成果。但是,以上都仅限于发育比较稳定的成林竹鞭,而实生幼林的竹鞭特性,目前尚未发现有关文献报导,为此我们将近几年获得的资料,整述于后,以供参考。
Bamboo whip is the main organ of Phyllostachys pubescens MqzeL ex H. de Lehaie for nutrient storage, transmission and asexual reproduction. It is of great importance to the growth and development of bamboo forests, stand succession and biomass production. As early as the late fifties, Japanese scholar Hiroko Ueda completed the research on the whiplash extension. Since the 1950s, China has made some achievements in researching the whiplash structure and biological characteristics. However, the above is only limited to the development of relatively stable bamboo whip whip, and the characteristics of whip larvae of the actual young, has not yet found the literature, for which we have obtained the information in recent years, described in the following, for reference.
