通过分析相关国际公约建议和相应法律规范,提出建立我国VTS信息服务体系的法律要求。通过建立相应的VTS信息服务体系,保证我国VTS信息服务质量,使我国VTS信息服务水平早日与国际先进管理水平接轨。 Through the analysis of the relevant international conventions and the corresponding legal norms, this paper proposes the legal requirements for establishing the VTS information service system in our country. By establishing the corresponding VTS information service system to ensure the quality of VTS information service in China, the level of VTS information service in our country can be brought into line with the international advanced management level as soon as possible.
