目的:了解我区所辖地餐饮业现榨果蔬汁卫生状况监测情况。方法:根据GB4789-2010(GB/T4789-2003和GB/T4789-2008)要求进行。结果:2007年-2011年共检测样本105份,总合格数为31份,总合格率为29.52%。其中菌落总数检出为74份,检出率为70.48%;大肠菌群为69份,检出率为65.71%;金黄色葡萄球菌13份,检出率为12.38%;沙门菌和志贺菌均未检出。结论:通过调查使我们较清楚了解到我区餐饮店业的现榨果蔬汁质量目前所存在的问题。另外,应严格消毒管理措施,加强监督力度,这样才能使我区餐饮卫生的消毒得到进一步提高和完善。使他们真正懂得食品卫生安全的意义。
Objective: To understand the status quo of food and beverage industry in our district is squeezed fruit and vegetable juices health monitoring.
