目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者脐血、羊水中降钙素基因相关肽( C G R P)含量的变化。方法:应用放射免疫测定法,观察26 例正常妊娠妇女和 32 例妊高征患者脐血与羊水中 C G R P含量的变化。结果:脐动脉血中 C G R P含量,妊高征患者显著高于正常妊娠者( P< 0.05),且随着病情的加重逐渐增加,重度者显著高于轻度者( P< 0.05);羊水中 C G R P含量妊高征患者显著高于正常妊娠对照组( P< 0.05);脐动脉血、羊水中 C G R P含量的变化与新生儿 1 m in Apgar 评分呈显著负相关( P< 001, P< 0.05)。结论:脐动脉血、羊水中 C G R P含量的变化可能与胎儿宫内缺氧有关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of calcitonin gene-related peptide (C G R P) in cord blood and amniotic fluid of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the changes of C G R P in umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid in 26 normal pregnant women and 32 patients with PIH. Results: The levels of CGRP and PIH in umbilical arterial blood were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy (P <0.05), and gradually increased with the severity of the disease, and those with severe PIH were significantly higher than those with mild PIH (P < 0.05). The level of C G R P in amniotic fluid in pregnancy induced hypertension was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy control group (P <0.05). The change of C G R P in umbilical artery and amniotic fluid was similar to that of neonatal 1 m in Apgar score was significantly negatively correlated (P <0 01, P <0.05). Conclusion: The changes of C G R P content in umbilical artery and amniotic fluid may be related to intrauterine hypoxia.
