采用激光表面处理的方法,优化激光工艺参数,对激光改性表面的冷凝换热特性进行了实验比较研究。发现了激光表面改性换热管促进了滴状冷凝形态特性,提高了凝结换热系数;通过对改性层组织结构的观察与分析,促进了滴状冷凝的机理分析和研究,为激光表面改性强化冷凝换热性能研究提供指导。
Laser surface treatment method is used to optimize the laser process parameters, the laser modified surface condensation heat transfer characteristics of an experimental study. It was found that the laser surface modified heat transfer tube promoted the droplet condensation morphology characteristics and increased the condensation heat transfer coefficient. Through the observation and analysis of the structure of the modified layer, the mechanism of droplet condensation was promoted and studied. Modified enhanced condensation heat transfer performance to provide guidance.
