目的:建立芪骨胶囊的多成分指标定量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定芪骨胶囊中松果菊苷、朝藿定B,朝藿定C,淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷的含量,Platisil-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1 m L·min-1,检测波长270 nm,柱温30℃。结果:松果菊苷,柚皮苷,朝藿定B,朝藿定C,淫羊藿苷分别在91~3 094 ng(r=0.999 8),19~646 ng(r=0.999 7),11~374 ng(r=0.999 5),25~850 ng(r=0.999 5),29~986 ng(r=0.999 6)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为98.9%(RSD 1.2%),99.1%(RSD 1.3%),99.1%(RSD 1.5%),99.4%(RSD 1.5%),99.3%(RSD 1.5%)。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于芪骨胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a multi-component quantitative index method for Qigu capsule. Methods: Simultaneous determination of echinacoside, epimedin B, epimedin C, icariin and naringin in Qiju Capsule by HPLC was performed on a Platisil-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm , 5μm). The mobile phase was eluted with methanol-acetonitrile-water. The flow rate was 1 m L · min-1, the detection wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The contents of echinacoside, naringin, epimedin B, epimedin C and icariin were 91 ~ 3 094 ng (r = 0.999 8), 19 ~ 646 ng (r = 0.999 7) 11 ~ 374 ng (r = 0.999 5), 25 ~ 850 ng (r = 0.999 5), 29 ~ 986 ng (r = 0.999 6) showed a good linear relationship with the peak area.The average recoveries were 98.9% 1.2%), 99.1% (RSD 1.3%), 99.1% (RSD 1.5%), 99.4% (RSD 1.5%), 99.3% (RSD 1.5%). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Qiju Capsule.
