目的按照《四川省食品安全风险监测方案》的要求在乐山主城区内主要食品超市和农贸市场采样30份面制食品进行铝残留量检测。方法按照国家标准检验方法GB/T5009.182-2003检测。结果检测蒸制面制品、油炸食品和膨化食品3类所测样品的铝残留量在2.7~743.5 mg/kg,总超标率为33.3%,超标食品均为油炸食品,超标率达90.9%。结论乐山市售油炸类食品铝残留量超标严重。
Objective To test the residual aluminum content of 30 noodle products in the main food supermarkets and farmers’ markets in Leshan’s main urban area according to the requirements of the “Sichuan Food Safety Risk Monitoring Program”. Methods According to the national standard test method GB / T5009.182-2003 test. Results The results showed that the residual aluminum content in the three samples of steamed noodles, fried food and puffed food ranged from 2.7 to 743.5 mg / kg with the total over-standard rate of 33.3%. The over-standard foods were all fried foods with the exceeding standard rate of 90.9% . Conclusion Leshan sold fried food aluminum residue exceeded the standard seriously.
