目的对眼球内体积小密度低的异物进行准确定位。方法利用CR成像系统的后处理技术。结果14例患者均成功实施了眼异物摘除术,定位符合率达100/100。结论充分利用和开发CR成像系统的后处理技术,可对体积较小、密度较低的异物进行定位检查,且X射线辐射剂量低于CT检查。所以应选择对人体眼晶体辐射剂量低的CR设备作为对眼异物定位的首选检查方法。
Objective To accurately locate the foreign body with small density and low density in the eyeball. The method utilizes the post-processing technique of the CR imaging system. Results All the 14 patients underwent successful ophthalmic removal. The coincidence rate was 100/100. Conclusion The post-processing technique of CR imaging system can be fully exploited and developed to locate the smaller and lower density foreign body and the X-ray dose is lower than that of CT. Therefore, we should choose the human eye crystal radiation dose of low CR equipment as the preferred method of localization of the eye foreign body.
