目的:探索气候因子对桔梗尤其是桔梗雄性不育系花粉活力的影响,为桔梗的杂交制种工作提供理论依据。方法:用醋酸洋红染色的方法检测参试材料的成熟花蕾的花粉活力,并进行花粉活力与气候因子的线性回归分析。结果与结论:八月下旬至九月下旬雄性不育系GP1BC1-12花粉活力变化范围为0%~27%,雄性不育系GP12BC4-10的花粉活力变化范围为1.3%~17.9%,而可育材料赤峰一号变化范围为75.9%~98.5%;发现桔梗三份种质对气候因子的敏感程度是不相同的,雄性不育系GP12BC4-10最稳定,而不育系GP1BC1-12的育性对气候因子反应最敏感。温度和光照是影响桔梗花粉活力大小的最主要的气候因子,敏感时期为花粉母细胞时期。
Objective: To explore the effect of climatic factors on the pollen viability of Campanulaceae, especially the Campanulaceae, and to provide a theoretical basis for the hybrid seed production of Campanulaceae. Methods: The pollen viability of mature buds of the tested materials was detected by the method of magenta acetate staining, and the linear regression analysis of pollen viability and climatic factors was carried out. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The pollen viability of male sterile line GP1BC1-12 ranged from 0% to 27% from late August to late September. The pollen viability of male sterile line GP12BC4-10 varied from 1.3% to 17.9% The range of Chifeng No.1 was from 75.9% to 98.5%. The results showed that the sensitivity of three cultivars to the climatic factors was not the same. The male sterile line GP12BC4-10 was the most stable, while the male sterile line GP1BC1-12 Sex is most responsive to climatic factors. Temperature and light are the main climatic factors that affect the pollen vitality of Campanulaceae, the sensitive period is pollen mother cell period.
