目前,国内外医学诊断技术发展很快,新技术、新设备不断涌现。海南省医学诊断技术水平现状如何,尚未见有较完整的资料。为制定海南省县综合医院现代化建设的规划;推广和应用先进的医学诊断技术,提高医疗质量:以及为培训人才和科研工作提供条件。我们于1989年9～12月,在全省10个县综合医院(即县人民医院)进行了医学诊断技术水平现状的调查研究,现将结果报告如下:
At present, medical diagnostic technologies at home and abroad have developed rapidly, and new technologies and equipment have emerged. The current status of medical diagnostic technology in Hainan Province has not yet seen more complete information. To formulate plans for the modernization of general hospitals in Hainan Province; promote and apply advanced medical diagnostic techniques to improve the quality of medical care: and provide conditions for the training of personnel and research work. From September to December 1989, we conducted a survey and research on the status of medical diagnostic technology in 10 county general hospitals (ie, County People’s Hospital). The results are now reported as follows:
