采用泡生法和提拉法生长出三硼酸铯( 化学式 Cs B3 O5 ,简称 C B O) 晶体,研究了晶体生长工艺条件及晶体生长形态。泡生法生长的 C B O 晶体的尺寸为40m m ×25mm ×25m m ;生长过程中晶体转速为10 ~20r/min ,降温速率为0 .1 ~0 .2 ℃/d 。用提拉法生长出20mm ×30m m 的 C B O 晶体;生长过程中液面温度梯度为60 ℃/cm ,提拉速度为8mm/d 。在生长过程中 Cs2 O 的挥发速度大于 B2 O3 的挥发速度。 C B O 单晶的晶面由〔011〕斜方柱和〔010〕斜方柱单形组成,属于〔011〕单形是4 个较大的面,属于〔101〕单形是4 个较小的三角形晶面。 C B O 在紫外波段具有较大的有效非线性光学系数。利用 C B O 进行 Nd∶ Y A G 激光和频获得了高转换率的波长355nm 及266nm 相干光输出。
Cesium trichlorite (chemical formula Cs B3 O5, abbreviated as C B O) crystal was grown by bubble generation method and Czochralski method. The crystal growth conditions and crystal growth morphology were studied. The size of C B O crystal grown by bubble generation method is 40m × 25mm × 25m m, the crystal rotation speed is 10 ~ 20r / min and the cooling rate is 0 during growth. 1 ~ 0. 2 ° C / d. The simplex is four larger surfaces and belongs to [101] Small triangular crystal facets. C B O has a large effective nonlinear optical coefficient in the UV band. The Nd: YAG laser with frequency C B O and the frequency obtained a high conversion rate of 355nm and 266nm wavelength coherent light output.
