依据已通过合理性验证的有限元计算模型,对钢管角钢组合塔K型节点板进行了有限元参数分析,重点研究了几何参数对此类节点破坏模式的影响及其破坏机理。通过分析得出:钢管角钢组合塔节点板在受压作用下,当节点板厚度和角钢厚度之比α>1.2时,角钢先于节点板发生失稳破坏;当钢管管壁较薄,且节点板厚与钢管壁厚相同或大于钢管壁厚,出现节点板与钢管交界处发生过度塑性变形导致的失稳破坏;当节点板厚度和角钢厚度之比α<1.2时,发生节点板平面外失稳破坏。
Based on the finite element calculation model which has been validated rationally, the finite element analysis of the K-shaped joint plate of the steel pipe angle composite tower is conducted. The influence of geometric parameters on the failure modes of such joints and the failure mechanism are mainly studied.
