考查了正常人体皮肤范围内pH在不同浓度乙醇、二甲基亚砜水溶液以及中药薄荷水提物中对酪氨酸酶活性作用的影响。实验结果表明酪氨酸酶在pH5 8~ 7 0之间对黑色素合成催化活性较高 ,其中pH在 6 8时活性最大 ;不同浓度乙醇和二甲基亚砜水溶液对酶活性均呈浓度依赖性抑制 ;而薄荷水提物对酶活性呈剂量依赖性激活作用。在实验浓度范围内酶激活率达 164 8% ;薄荷水提物对酶动力学曲线说明 ,该中药水提物中含有的活性物对酪氨酸酶具有竞争性和非竞争性双重性激活作用。研究结果对美白、乌发功能化妆品研制提供了理论指导和技术支撑
The effect of pH on the tyrosinase activity in different concentrations of ethanol, dimethyl sulfoxide aqueous solution and Chinese mint water extract was investigated in the range of normal human skin. The experimental results showed that tyrosinase had a high catalytic activity for the synthesis of melanin at a pH between 58 and 70, and the activity of tyrosinase was the highest at pH 6.8. Different concentrations of ethanol and DMSO solution had a concentration-dependent effect on the activity of melanin Inhibition; and peppermint water extract on enzyme activity in a dose-dependent activation. In the range of experimental concentration, the rate of enzyme activation reached 164.8%. The water extract of peppermint showed that the activity of the aqueous extract of Chinese herbal medicine had competitive and noncompetitive dual activation of tyrosinase . The research results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the research and development of whitening and UFA functional cosmetics
