以中棉16号为材料研究表明,缩节安(DPC)和黄腐酸(FA)配合施用提高了棉花种子的吸水速率和保水能力,尤其是在0.2mol/LNaCl胁迫条件下,吸水速率比对照(清水处理)显著加快。两者配合提高了幼苗发根速度和侧根数,提高了根中干物质积累,根冠比提高了24.20%,幼苗3叶期无土移栽成活率提高52.23%。5叶期干旱处理后,两者配合处理提高了幼苗存活率,第一真叶电导率下降,表明幼苗对干旱的抗性提高。DPC和FA配合对促进种子萌发和提高幼苗素质具有良好的协同效应,是棉花壮苗早发的一项可行措施
