随着国际橡胶工业的发展,绿色轮胎已成为橡胶制品业发展的必然趋势。自2012年1月1日REACH法规实施以后,轮胎市场上对环保要求日渐严格,对轮胎中降低铅含量、锌含量等有害物质提出了严格要求。国内外的橡胶配方设计人员在不同的领域,用不同的思路进行对氧化锌的减量使用。本文研究了包敷氧化锌与普通氧化锌在同等量使用的条件下,达到减少氧化锌在胶料中的用量,并保持物理机械性能不变,从而降低生产成本,节约锌资源。包敷状氧化锌是笔者所在工厂于2005年自主研
With the development of the international rubber industry, green tire has become an inevitable trend in the development of rubber products industry. Since January 1, 2012 after the implementation of the REACH Regulation, the tire market has become increasingly stringent on environmental protection requirements of the tires to reduce lead, zinc and other harmful substances put forward stringent requirements. Rubber formulators at home and abroad in different areas, with different ideas for the reduction of the use of zinc oxide. This paper studied the coated zinc oxide and ordinary zinc oxide in the same amount of use conditions, to reduce the amount of zinc oxide in the rubber compound, and maintain the same physical and mechanical properties, thus reducing production costs, saving zinc resources.
