观察了自制的平阳霉素磁性明胶微球对人舌癌Tca8113细胞株的体外杀伤作用及对人舌癌裸鼠移植瘤的治疗效果。结果表明,平阳霉素磁性明胶微球和游离平阳霉素均具有杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,二者之间无显著性差异(P>005),体内实验中,平阳霉素磁性明胶微球对人舌癌移植瘤有明显的抑制作用,抑瘤率为8533%,明显高于游离平阳霉素(359%),而对正常组织的毒副作用明显减轻。
