[目的]明确生防菌株AI-05对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果及其分类。[方法]采用盆栽和田间药效试验测试其防病效果,观测菌株培养性状与形态特征,测定其生理生化指标,并采用16S r DNA序列分析法对菌株AI-05进行鉴定。[结果]生防菌株AI-05对黄瓜白粉病的盆栽和田间试验的防效良好,分别为80.4%和74.9%;菌株AI-05的形态特征和生理生化指标与芽孢杆菌很接近,由16S r DNA序列分析的系统发育树发现,菌株AI-05的序列与Bacillus subtilis菌株HDYM-26同源性高达99%。[结论]效果优于281 g a.i./hm2的50%多菌灵WP,该菌可鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌B.subtilis。
[Objective] To clarify the control effect and classification of biocontrol strain AI-05 on cucumber powdery mildew. [Method] The pot experiment and field efficacy test were used to test its disease prevention effect. The culture traits and morphological characteristics of the strains were observed. The physiological and biochemical indexes were measured. The strain AI-05 was identified by 16S r DNA sequence analysis. [Result] The biocontrol strain AI-05 had good control effect on pot and field experiments of cucumber powdery mildew, which were 80.4% and 74.9%, respectively. The morphological characteristics and physiological and biochemical indexes of strain AI-05 were close to that of Bacillus, Phylogenetic tree analysis of DNA sequence showed that the sequence of strain AI-05 shared 99% homology with HDYM-26 of Bacillus subtilis strain. [Conclusion] The result was better than that of 50% carbendazim WP of 281 g a.i./hm2, which could be identified as B. subtilis.
