沧县金丝小枣弛名国内外,其特点是:皮薄、肉厚、味甜,肉质细腻,且带有金丝,故称“金丝小枣”。金丝小枣是很好的木本粮食。枣果既可生吃,又可熟食,还可加工成乌枣、密枣、枣糕、枣酱、枣泥、枣酒等多种食品。枣果含有多种维生素、糖、脂肪、蛋白质、抗血酸和治疗高血压症的有效成分——卢丁,为我国中草药材之一。枣花是优良的蜜源。枣叶,可作牲畜饲料。木材坚硬,纹理细致,是生产和生活用具的稀有原材料。金丝小枣远在百年之前就畅销国外,换取大量外汇,至今在国际市场上仍享有极高声誉。 Cangxian Ziziphus jujuba Chi Ming at home and abroad, which is characterized by: thin skin, thick meat, sweet, delicate meat, and with gold, it is called “Watkins jujube.” Jizo jujube is a good woody food.
