目的了解食品中食源性致病菌的污染及菌相分布状况,为南湖区提供食品中致病菌污染资料,为食品卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法依据国标方法,采用全自动微生物分析仪,对食品样品分别进行沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、海鸥菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌(O157:H7)培养、分离及血清学、生化鉴定。结果共计检测食品样品148份,检出食源性致病菌42株,检出率28.38%。其中沙门菌6株、金黄色葡萄球菌7株、单增李斯特氏菌10株、副溶血性弧菌17株,海鸥菌2株。结论南湖区11种主要食品中存在食源性致病菌污染,以副溶血性弧菌污染最为严重,其次是单增李斯特氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。
Objective To understand the contamination of food-borne pathogenic bacteria and the distribution of bacteria in foodstuffs, to provide information on the contamination of pathogenic bacteria in food in Nanhu District, and to provide a scientific basis for food hygiene supervision and management. Methods According to the national standard method, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Seagull and enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (O157: H7) were respectively tested by automatic microbiological analyzer. Culture, isolation and serology, biochemical identification. Results A total of 148 food samples were detected, 42 foodborne pathogens were detected, the detection rate was 28.38%. Among them, 6 were Salmonella, 7 were Staphylococcus aureus, 10 were Listeria monocytogenes, 17 were Vibrio parahaemolyticus and 2 were Seagulls. Conclusion The foodborne pathogenic bacteria were found in 11 kinds of food in Nanhu district, the most serious were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, followed by Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus.
