井眼的弯曲特性和钻柱与井壁的接触是大斜度并中钻柱的受力与变形分析的难点。根据钻柱的变形特点,提出了将钻柱的弯曲特性和接触问题分开计算的方法,构造了一个结点坐标系描述钻柱在井眼中的变形,在接触问题的求解算法中,考虑了钻柱在空间两弯曲平面内的变形耦合。实例计算了一口大斜度井眼中钻柱上提和下放时的受力与变形,表明本文提出的方法是可靠的。
The bending characteristics of the wellbore and the contact between the drill string and the wall of the wellbore are difficult to analyze with large inclination and stress and deformation of the drill string. According to the deformation characteristics of the drill string, a method of calculating the bending characteristics and the contact problem of the drill string separately is proposed. An example is given to calculate the forces and deformations of the drill string in a high-deviated borehole when the drill string is raised and lowered, which shows that the method proposed in this paper is reliable.
