砼结构在建设和使用过程中出现不同程度、不同形式的裂缝,这是一个相当普遍的现象,大体积砼结构出现裂缝更普遍。在大体积砼工程施工中,由于水泥水化热引起砼浇筑内部温度和温度应力剧烈变化,从而导致砼发生裂缝。因此,控制砼浇筑块体因水化热引起的温升、砼浇筑块体的内外温差及降温速度,防止砼出现有害的温度裂缝(包括砼收缩)是其施工技术的关键问题。本文主要论述大体积砼裂缝控制的对策。
There are different degrees and different forms of cracks in the construction and use of concrete structures. This is a very common phenomenon, and the occurrence of cracks in large-scale concrete structures is more common. In large-scale concrete construction, due to the heat of cement hydration, the internal temperature and temperature stress of the concrete poured will change drastically, resulting in cracks in concrete. Therefore, controlling the temperature rise caused by the hydration heat, the internal and external temperature difference and the cooling rate of the pouring block, and preventing the occurrence of harmful temperature cracks (including pinch shrinkage) in the concrete block are the key issues in its construction technology. This article mainly discusses the countermeasures for the control of cracks in large volumes.
