用恒压式导纳图法测定了甲基橙皮甙(MH)对麻醉犬血流动力学各指标的影响。静注MH40mg/kg使心脏泵功能指标2CO,SJ,CI分别增加25.9±17.6%,18.9±3.2%,27.5±13.5%心肌收缩功能指标dy/dt|max,HI分别增加38.9±23.7%,39.5±15.3%,Q-Y间期缩短18.8±8.0%。心肌耗氧量指标PTL降低124.7±57.4kpa,TPR,MAP分别降低3575.8±1640.7dyn.s.cm~(-5)×10~2,4.2±18kpa。实验提示MH能降低血压,外周血管阻力及心肌耗氧量,并产生反射性正性频率、正性肌力作用。
The effects of methyl hesperidin (MH) on the indexes of hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs were determined by the constant pressure admittance method. The intravenous injection of MH40mg / kg increased cardiac function index 2CO, SJ and CI by 25.9 ± 17.6%, 18.9 ± 3.2% and 27.5 ± 13.5% respectively, and increased dy / dt | max and HI 38.9 ± 23.7% and 39.5 ± 15.3%, QY interval shortened 18.8 ± 8.0%. Myocardial oxygen consumption index PTL decreased 124.7 ± 57.4kpa, TPR, MAP decreased 3575.8 ± 1640.7dyn.s.cm ~ (-5) × 10 ~ 2,4.2 ± 18kpa. Experimental results suggest that MH can reduce blood pressure, peripheral vascular resistance and myocardial oxygen consumption, and produce a positive reflex frequency, positive inotropic effect.
