以普通无机盐为原料,成功合成了W6+掺杂的CeO2纳米材料。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等测试手段对产物的物相和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:当W6+掺入CeO2的摩尔分数小于等于30%时,所得产物均为具有单一立方萤石结构的纳米粒子。光学性质研究发现,与未掺杂的CeO2纳米材料相比,Ce0.7W0.3O2.3纳米材料表现出了不同的光吸收性能,其发光光谱上出现的蓝光发射表明,Ce0.7W0.3O2.3纳米材料在发光材料领域具有潜在的应用前景。
Using common inorganic salt as raw material, W6 + doped CeO2 nanomaterials were successfully synthesized. The phase and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that when the molar fraction of W6 + doped CeO2 is less than or equal to 30%, the obtained products are all nanoparticles with a single cubic fluorite structure. Optical properties of the Ce0.7W0.3O2.3 nanomaterials showed different optical absorption properties compared with undoped CeO2 nanomaterials. The blue emission of the Ce0.7W0.3O2.3 nanomaterials showed that Ce0.7W0.3O2.3 nanomaterials exhibited different optical properties. 3 nanomaterials have potential applications in the field of luminescent materials.
