目的：通过回顾性分析金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎，探讨其特征性Ｘ线表现。方法：观察与分析经细菌学检查证实的２３ 例金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎Ｘ线及临床资料。结果：主要Ｘ线表现为肺内炎性浸润、肺气囊或肺脓肿８ 例；胸膜病变１２ 例。结论：多发肺脓肿、肺气囊为金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的特征性Ｘ线表现。若肺内炎性浸润或胸膜病变与肺气囊同时存在可以明确诊断
Objective: To investigate the characteristic X-ray manifestations of Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia by retrospective analysis. Methods: The X-ray and clinical data of 23 cases of Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia confirmed by bacteriological examination were observed and analyzed. Results: The main X-ray showed pulmonary inflammatory infiltration, pulmonary balloon or lung abscess in 8 cases; pleural disease in 12 cases. Conclusion: Multiple pulmonary abscess and pulmonary balloon are the characteristic X-ray manifestations of Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia. If the lung inflammatory infiltrates or pleural lesions and pulmonary balloon simultaneously exist can confirm the diagnosis
