团队成员多样性管理已经成为组织管理实践的一大挑战,已有研究发现团队多样性既有积极效应,也有消极影响。本研究从团队多样性的理论基础、作用机制以及情境因素等方面来理解团队多样性效应的复杂性,就相关研究成果进行了系统的梳理,并提出未来研究方向。
The diversity management of team members has become a major challenge for organizational management practices. Previous studies have found that team diversity has both positive and negative effects. This study understands the complexity of the team diversity effect from the aspects of the theoretical basis, the mechanism of action, and the situational factors of team diversity, systematically combing relevant research results, and proposes future research directions.
