高速公路工程完工后,施工单位会向业主提交竣工结算书,竣工结算书反映了施工单位在整个项目施工过程中所发生费用的核算过程,是对工程项目的最终工程结算预期,同时也是施工单位向业主提出工程价款要求的最后机会。因此施工单位出于自身利益考虑,多会在竣工结算时提出尽量多的价款要求。如何让竣工结算真实的反映工程实际造价成为业主管理控制的重点及难点。本文从项目管理者的角度分析如何做好竣工结算审核的管理工作,对于高速公路建设项目工程造价的控制与管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
