粉煤灰是火力发电厂煤粉燃烧后产生的废渣。大量废渣被送至贮灰场或排入江河湖海,污染了水源和环境。为了综合利用粉煤灰,山西省第四建筑公司对蒸养粉煤灰加气混凝土进行了试验研究、扩大试验、试生产和工程应用。一、试验研究 1.原材料 (1)粉煤灰:太原市北郊第二热电厂湿排粉煤灰,细度为△900孔,筛余10%。 (2)水泥:大同425号普通硅酸盐水泥。 (3)生石灰为太原东涧河产石灰。
Fly ash is the waste residue from the combustion of pulverized coal in thermal power plants. (2) Cement: Datong No. 425 Ordinary Portland Cement. (3) Lime is lime produced by Dongyuan River in Taiyuan.
