对广州新白云机场维修设施工程大跨钢屋盖采用计算机控制多点液压同步提升技术进行安装。工程投影面积大、跨度大、质量重,提升过程中结构的受力状态和提升到位安装成形后结构最终的受力状态有很大的不同。利用有限元对提升状态的结构重新建立力学模型,并考虑提升点在提升状态下位移的不一致性以及提升点的力学模拟,对提升过程进行了分析研究。通过分析对结构在提升状态下的安全性进行判断,并结合工程中的实测结果对力学模型进行校验和修正,得出提升过程中提升点位移不一致性对结构的影响。结论对类似工程有借鉴作用。
Guangzhou Baiyun Airport maintenance facilities engineering large-span steel roof using computer-controlled multi-point hydraulic synchronous lifting technology for installation. The mechanical model was reestablished by using the finite element method to improve the structure of the lifting state, and the inconsistency of the displacement under lifting condition and the mechanical simulation of lifting point were considered. The lifting process was analyzed and studied. By analyzing the safety of the structure under the condition of ascension, the mechanical model is calibrated and corrected according to the measured results in the project, and the influence of the displacement inconsistency of the lifting point on the structure is obtained. Conclusions on similar projects have reference.
