美国菲尼克市(Phoenix)3个医院1970～1977年间,共收治35例妊娠期急性阑尾炎.本文就其发病率、诊断、处理及并发症等问题。结合70年来的几份医学书刊作了回顾性的讨论. 上述8年期间,3个医院共有76,608例分娩,妊娠期急性阑尾炎(35例)的发病率是1:2188次分娩.发病的平均年龄22岁.两次以上的怀孕妇女占66％(24例).按妊娠分期统计(每3个月一期),
A total of 35 patients with acute appendicitis during pregnancy were treated in 3 hospitals in Phoenix, US, from 1970 to 1977. This article deals with the incidence, diagnosis, management and complications of the disease. In retrospective discussion with several medical books over the past 70 years, 76,608 childbirths occurred in three hospitals during the eight-year period, and the incidence of acute appendicitis in pregnancy (35) was 1: 2188. The average age of onset 22 years old. More than two pregnant women accounted for 66% (24 cases) .According to the staging of pregnancy statistics (once every 3 months)
