领导力的核心是影响力和获得追随者。在强调领导的领导力的同时,下属的领导力也同样值得关注和培养。本文从领导力的定义出发,在关注领导的领导力时提出要加强对下属的领导力的重视,分析了下属的领导力的决定因素:相对权力状况、控制源、教育和经验水平、情商。并提出对领导、下属采用不同的工具测量领导力的强度,针对不同的强度对二元关系的领导力情况进行配对,在坐标系内实现了5个方格的矩阵设计设置,对方格分别定义为:奋发型、温和型、平庸型、变革型和冲突型,提出了基于二元关系的领导—下属领导力矩阵是一个动态演进的过程,认为领导力并非越强越好,而是要参考受力方的情况做出调整。
