本文研究了溶剂浮选法(Solvent Floatation Technique)将小麦种子按蛋白质含量不同进行分组的有效性。(1)进一步阐明,不但在品种内,而且在杂种早代混合群体内,种子的蛋白质含量与种子吸水量间存在密切的正相关;种子吸水量与相对比重存在密切的负相关;结果种子的相对比重和蛋白质含量间也存在一种密切的负相关。溶剂浮选技术也可在杂种早代混合群体中利用;(2)用一种特定的比重为1.245的四氯化碳和己烷的混合溶液就能把种子样品中的高蛋白部分分离出来。高蛋白种子吸水干燥后,要比低蛋白种子的体积大和皱缩的现象可帮助区分高蛋白的小麦种子;(3)通过溶剂浮选技术分离开的,不同组的种子蛋白质含量上的差异是能够遗传的。但溶剂浮选技术只能作为增加种子高蛋白的个体在后代的频率,从而提高种子高蛋白基因型当选机率的一种粗筛手段。
This article studies the effectiveness of Solvent Floatation Technique to classify wheat seeds by their protein content. (1) It is further elucidated that there is a close positive correlation between seed protein content and seed water absorption, not only within cultivars, but also in hybrid early mixed populations.
