白点的特征及其形成条件白点是热轧钢和锻压钢中的缺陷,它大多分布在大型轧钢件和锻件靠近中心处。产生白点的钢,断口呈现出银白色的斑点,且大多数是圆形或椭圆形的,经磨平酸蚀后,则可看出许多微细裂缝。白点主要是由于大型钢件轧制或锻造后,在快冷至100~250℃产生的,而在铸钢件中却很少发现白点。产生白点的因素: (1)冶炼方法:酸性平炉钢不易产生白点,而在碱性平炉钢与电炉钢中则容易出现。 (2)冷却方法:轧制或锻造后,冷却速度愈快,则产生的白点也愈多。
