基于酒店管理教育的分析

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,酒店的应用越来越广泛,伴随着酒店的普及,我国酒店管理专业人才的需求量也越来越多。然而,酒店管理专业存在的问题也日益凸显出来,如何解决这些问题,促进我国酒店管理教育的进一步发展,成为人们普遍关注的问题。一、酒店管理教育中现存的问题首先,院校招生难的问题与酒店管理专业人才供不应求的现象并存,笔者认为其主要原因就是社会认知原因。我国人民群众普遍认为酒店管理专业社会地位较低,就是伺候别人的工作,一般人都不喜欢酒店工作,这是酒店工作不受人欢迎的主要原因 With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the hotel’s application is more and more widely.
