通过电于探针和透射电镜的观察,发现电渣重熔Mn18Cr18N钢的铸态组织主要由奥氏体和大块磁化物组成.晶界上有少量的条状相(铁素体、氮化物)。采用1250℃12h的高温扩散退人可以消除铸态组织的显微偏析而使成分均匀。
Through the observation of electric probe and transmission electron microscope, it was found that the as-cast microstructure of ESR Mn18Cr18N steel mainly consists of austenite and bulk magnetite. A small amount of grain boundary phase (ferrite, nitride). Using 1250 ℃ 12h high temperature diffusion retreat can eliminate the micro-segregation of the as-cast microstructure and make the composition even.
