本文报告25例并发于二尖瓣脱垂的细菌性心内膜炎的临床特征、实验室检查和随访结果。除1例患者的诊断系根据有一清楚的喀喇音和收缩期杂音外,所有患者都是以超声心动图、心血管造影或病理确诊。病史特点:男性17例,女性8例。年龄19～69岁(平均47岁)。17例在发生细菌性心内膜炎前2年～49年(平均22年)就有心脏杂音史,其中3例为收缩晚期杂音,3例为喀喇音和收缩晚期杂音,2例为全收缩期杂音,1例为收缩期杂音,8例患者的杂音特点 This article reports the clinical features, laboratory tests and follow-up results of 25 patients with bacterial endocarditis complicated by mitral valve prolapse. All but one patient’s diagnosis was based on echocardiography, cardiovascular angiography, or pathology based on a clear click and systolic murmur. History features: 17 males and 8 females. Ages 19 to 69 (average 47 years).
