目的:对黄柏不同炮制品中盐酸小檗碱在大鼠体内组织分布进行研究。方法:灌胃给药,提取组织样品中的盐酸小檗碱,采用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠体内组织的盐酸小檗碱含量。结果:在大鼠的大肠、小肠、肝、胃、脾、肺、肾、心、胰组织中均可以检测到小檗碱,并在胃肠组织含量较多。结论:通过比较不同炮制品的大鼠不同组织中的含量,发现在1h的时间上,酒炙品中盐酸小檗碱在上焦组织分布的相对含量要相对于生品有所增加,盐炙品则体现在下焦脏器中相对含量的增加,进而说明了炮制趋向的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the tissue distribution of berberine hydrochloride in different processed products of Phellodendron cv. METHODS: Berberine hydrochloride was extracted from the tissue samples by intragastric administration. The contents of berberine hydrochloride in tissues of rats were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Berberine could be detected in the large intestine, small intestine, liver, stomach, spleen, lung, kidney, heart and pancreas in rats, and its contents in gastrointestinal tissue were higher. Conclusions: By comparing the contents of different tissues in different processed products, it was found that the relative content of berberine hydrochloride in the upper burned tissue increased relative to that of the raw product in 1h, The product is reflected in the relative content of the lower coke in the increase, thus illustrating the role of processing trend.
