从常州工程职业技术学院113份青年教师职业倦怠问卷调查的统计分析结果来看,导致该学院青年教师职业倦怠的原因主要有4个维度。时间层面的原因主要体现在青年教师情感耗竭感的强弱与工作季节、青年教师疲劳感的强弱与工作时段有关;个人层面的原因主要有较重的家庭负担和较弱的人格因素,特别是来自培养小孩的巨大压力;学校层面的原因主要有较低的薪酬待遇、繁重的劳动负荷、不良的发展空间、不公平的管理制度、不和谐的工作环境和工作对象,特别表现在工作量过大、较低的薪酬待遇及激烈的职称晋升压力;社会层面的原因主要有社会对高职教育的低认可度、对高职教师的高要求、对高职教育的投入严重不足等。
According to the statistical analysis of 113 young teachers’ Burnout Questionnaire in Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology, there are mainly four reasons that lead to the college teacher’s burnout. The reasons for the time horizon are mainly reflected in the sense of emotional exhaustion of the young teachers and the working season. The strength of the young teachers’ sense of fatigue is related to working hours. The personal reasons are mainly the heavier family burden and weaker personality factors, especially Is due to the tremendous pressure to cultivate children. The main reasons of the school-level are lower remuneration, heavy workload, unfavorable space for development, unfair management system, disharmonious working environment and work targets, especially in workload Excessive and low remuneration and intense job promotion pressure. The reasons of social level are mainly the low social recognition of higher vocational education, the high demand of higher vocational teachers and the serious shortage of investment in higher vocational education.
