纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂(Apanteles cypris Nixon)是水稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的优势寄生性天敌。本工作研究了它的幼期形态、生物学和生态学。此蜂在长沙一年发生9代。在25℃、28℃和30℃下,全世代平均历期分别为15.95、13.36和12.64天。成虫在5—8时羽化最多,25℃下羽化率最高,15—19时活动最盛,产卵多在9—11时和16—17时。对纵卷叶螟第2、3龄幼虫寄生率最高。钻出化蛹多数在寄主第4龄幼虫期。雌蜂平均怀卵量为67±7.07粒。雌雄性比在0.5:1至2.3:1之间,以6月份最高,以后下降。寄生率随寄主密度和寄生蜂密度变化而异,曾按Holling模型测定了雌蜂攻击力。计算了此蜂各虫态及全世代发育起点温度、有效积温和发育速度理论公式。
Apanteles cypris Nixon is the predominant parasitic natural enemy of the larvae of the Cnaphalocrocis medinalis. This work has studied its early morphology, biology and ecology.
