目的观察度冷丁与非那根(简称度非合剂)联合50%(50%一氧化二氮与50%氧气混合)用于无痛人工流产术中的镇痛效果及不良反应,探索其应用前景。方法选择本院妇科门诊施术的孕6～11周的患者456例。自愿要求人工流产而无手术禁忌证。分成度非合剂联合笑气镇痛组235例(治疗组),芬太尼复合丙泊酚组221例(对照组);分别观察镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度、人工流产综合征反应、苏醒时间。结果治疗组和对照组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度、人工流产综合征反应比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论度非合剂联合笑气镇痛用于人工流产术取得良好镇痛效果,不良反应小,是安全、可靠、无需麻醉医师监护、门诊可操作性较强的镇痛方法。
Objective To observe the analgesic effects and side effects of combination of chldin and phenazone in combination with 50% (50% nitrous oxide and 50% oxygen) for painless artificial abortion and to explore its application prospect . Methods Select 456 cases of pregnant women with 6 ~ 11 weeks of gynecology outpatient operation. Voluntary abortion without surgical contraindications. 235 cases (treatment group) and 221 cases of fentanyl combined propofol group (control group) were divided into two groups: the analgesic effect, cervical relaxation, induced abortion syndrome reaction, wakefulness recovery time . Results There was no significant difference in the analgesic effect, cervical relaxation and abortion syndrome between the treatment group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Degree of non-mixture combined with nitrous oxide analgesia for abortion achieved good analgesic effect with little adverse reactions, is safe, reliable, without anesthesiologists custody, clinically operable analgesic method.
