我国足癣及合并症发病极广,南方尤甚。此病往往反复发作,久治难愈。目前各种治疗方法及药物虽然很多,但以中药浸泡法治疗且效果较好者少有报导。我院于1986年6月至1987年6月期间,选用中药葛根、白矾、千里光等制成中药粉,用浸泡法治疗足癣及合并症皲裂、龟裂、继发局部及淋巴系统感染病例238例,收到满意效果。其中治愈率为81.09％,总有效率98.74％。现报导如下。 1 临床资料本组所收集病例均具有足癣、皲裂、龟裂继发局部蜂窝织炎,淋巴管、淋巴结感染等病的典型症状和体征。95％以上的病例均在院外接受多种治疗,但因疗效不佳而自愿到 The incidence of tinea pedis and complications in our country is extremely wide, especially in the south.
