为制定合理的混凝土桥面板维修策略 ,提出一种基于折衷规划的多目标优化方法。建立多目标优化模型 ,使其在资金、人力、设备等资源的约束下 ,同时满足维修费用最小化以及性能最大化等多个相互冲突的目标 ,并且考虑了桥梁面板性能随时间衰减的非连续性 ,以及不同目标函数之间的相对重要性。从实例结果可以看出 ,该方法避免了单目标优化无法考虑其他影响因素的缺点。折衷规划的优化方法适合于混凝土桥面板维修优化的实际工程应用
In order to develop a reasonable maintenance strategy of concrete bridge deck, a multi-objective optimization method based on compromise programming is proposed. A multi-objective optimization model is established to meet the conflicting objectives of minimizing maintenance costs and maximizing performance under the constraints of resources such as capital, manpower, and equipment, and considers the discontinuities of bridge panel performance decaying with time As well as the relative importance of different objective functions. It can be seen from the example results that this method avoids the disadvantage that single-objective optimization can not consider other influencing factors. The eclectic planning optimization method is suitable for the practical engineering application of concrete bridge deck maintenance optimization
