本文报道前列腺联合部切开治疗良性前列腺增生80例。年龄54～93岁,多数为老弱多病的患者。手术指征为因增生之前列腺两侧叶压迫尿道所致急性或慢性尿潴留。通过切开前列腺前联合部,可使前列腺尿道得到减压。手术简单,损伤小,出血少。80例中除2例外,均未输血。术后并发症少,死亡率为2.5％,手术有效率为95％。手术后超过一年以上的7例患者经随访,疗效优良,症状未见复发。 This article reports 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) treated by prostatectomy. Age 54 to 93 years old, most of the elderly sick patients. Surgical indications for acute or chronic urinary retention due to hyperplasia of both prostate lobes urinary tract. Prostate urethra can be decompressed by incision of the anterior prostate joint. Surgery is simple, less damage, less bleeding. In 80 cases, except for 2 cases, no blood transfusion. Postoperative complications less, the mortality rate was 2.5%, the operative efficiency was 95%. Seven patients who were surgically operated for more than one year were followed up with good curative effect and no recurrence of symptoms.
