患者女,30岁。因畏冷、发热、头痛3天入院。既往无应用青霉素、庆大霉素过敏史。体检:体温38.5℃。咽充血,扁桃体轻度肿大。即给予lO％葡萄糖500ml加庆大霉素16万u、维生素B_(?)200mg静滴,输入液体约150ml时,患者感口渴、头晕、心悸、胸闷。先后出现心前区、口周、头面部、上下肢体、舌等部位发麻,发音困难,视觉模糊;口周小肌群及两侧大鱼际肌呈痉挛性抽搐,两足趾强直向足底屈曲。上下肢痛觉、温觉丧失,位置觉迟钝。两上肢肌力4级,
