通过对菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒包涵体(PrGV-IB),在不同酸碱度银胶溶液中表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱的研究表明,该样品分子在溶液中以阴离子[NH2RCOO-]构型存在.其增强作用为电磁增强和分子增强共同作用的结果,并以分子增强为主.作者还对谱带的归属,吸附形式,吸附基团的几何状态以及侧链振动随溶液酸碱度的变化等有关问题进行了讨论分析
The results of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra of PrGV-IB in different pH-Ag solutions show that the sample molecules exist as anions [NH2RCOO-] in solution . The enhancement effect is the result of the interaction between electromagnetic enhancement and molecular enhancement, and is mainly based on molecular enhancement. The author also discussed and analyzed some problems such as the attribution of the band, the adsorption mode, the geometry of the adsorption group and the vibration of the side chain with the change of the pH value of the solution
