近年来,我国前列腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,发病年龄也日趋年轻化。雄激素依赖性前列腺癌患者经过一段时间的内分泌治疗后,都转变为雄激素非依赖性。对于雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌的治疗,目前尚缺乏有效方法。随着新的雌激素受体类型ER-β的发现,人们对雌激素在前列腺癌发生、发展中的分子机制有了进一步的认识。本文对雌激素受体的结构与表达、转录调控机制、受体的主要功能、受体检测和受体的甲基化等方面进行简要综述。
In recent years, the incidence of prostate cancer in China showed an upward trend year by year, the age of onset is also increasingly younger. Androgen-dependent prostate cancer patients switch to androgen-independent after a period of endocrine therapy. For the treatment of androgen-independent prostate cancer, there is still no effective method. With the discovery of ER-β, a new type of estrogen receptor, there is a further understanding of the molecular mechanism of the development and progression of estrogen in prostate cancer. This review summarizes the structure and expression of estrogen receptors, the mechanism of transcriptional regulation, the main functions of receptors, receptor detection and receptor methylation.
