构建旅游业和低碳城市系统综合评价指标体系,运用AHP-熵值法主客观相结合的方法确定指标权重,然后借助物理学耦合模型,构建旅游业与低碳城市耦合协调度模型,定量分析了2005—2014年黄山市旅游业与低碳城市的耦合过程与演进趋势。结果表明,黄山市旅游业综合水平(除2013年外)与低碳城市综合水平稳步提高,其中2006—2012年旅游业综合水平高于低碳城市综合水平,但两者差距不大;在耦合度测算模型中,旅游业系统与低碳城市系统3种不同比例贡献份额所得出的耦合协调度的变化趋势一致,说明旅游业系统和低碳城市系统贡献份额比例对耦合协调度的影响很小;黄山市旅游业与低碳城市耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,协调类型从2005年的基本失调逐步发展为基本协调,直至2014年达到优质协调,说明其耦合协调状况不断好转,相互促进作用不断加强。黄山市旅游业和低碳城市发展基础好、速度快,虽有一定的波动,但一直保持良好的发展态势。未来随着政府扶持政策的落实和旅游部门的不断投入,黄山市旅游竞争力还将进一步提升,旅游、文化、生态协同发展的前景广阔。

The overall coordination of tourism and low-carbon cities in Huangshan is on the rise. The type of coordination gradually develops from basic imbalances in 2005 to basic coordination and reaches high-quality coordination in 2014, which shows that the coordination and coordination of the two cities are constantly improving and mutually reinforcing strengthen. Huangshan City, tourism and low-carbon city based on the development of good, fast, although a certain degree of volatility, but has maintained a good momentum of development. In the future, with the implementation of the government supportive policies and continuous input from the tourism sector, the tourism competitiveness of Huangshan will be further enhanced.
