针对山区地段传统管道抢修设备运输方式效率较低的问题,借鉴架空索道技术,通过对架空索道线路原理、运输工艺以及设备组成等进行分析,提出将缆索运输作为大型抢修设备短距离快速运输的一种方式。依托某成品油管道山区陡坡地段的维抢修作业,研究了一种快拆装模块化缆索运输技术,基于相关技术指标,通过对不同方案进行技术比选和适应性研究,确定以单索往复滑轮张紧方案(PRT-I型)作为缆索运输系统选用方案,同时通过对不同支架锚固方案进行比选,确定以卧式地垄方案为基础进行锚固方案的设计和优化,并建议在特别复杂的地段准备固定基础或为锚固方案作前期准备。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of traditional pipeline repair equipment in mountainous area, taking the cableway technology as reference, this paper analyzes the principle, transportation technology and equipment composition of the cableway, and proposes that cable transportation should be taken as one of the short-range rapid transportation of large-scale repair equipment Kind of way. Based on the maintenance operation of the dimensionally steep slopes of a product oil pipeline in mountainous area, a kind of quick assembly and disassembly modular cable transportation technology was studied. Based on the related technical indexes, through the technical comparison and adaptability study of different schemes, Tensioning scheme (PRT-I type) is selected as the cable transportation system. At the same time, by comparing and selecting the anchoring schemes of different supports, the design and optimization of anchoring schemes based on horizontal ridge schemes are determined. Lot ready for a fixed foundation or for the anchor program for the preparation.
